Brandon J. Cox developed his passion for fitness and sports at a young age, Thanks to his involvement with parks and recreational centers, YMCA's, and the programs implemented within Atlanta Public Schools; physical activity imminently became a component of his life style, a sentiment and practice that will continue throughout his life.
Brandon graduated from Frederick Douglass High School in 2004. He then furthered his scholastic and athletic career at the University of Louisville. His biggest accomplishments were graduating in 2008 with a B.S. in Health and Human Science and playing in the 2006 Orange Bowl Championship; where his team, Louisville Cardinals came out victorious ! Additionally, he received recognition as an Academic All-American. Brandon also gained valuable experience interning in the Louisville Cardinals Strength and Conditioning Program, as well as Velocity Sports Performance during his college tenure.
Brandon returned to Atlanta in 2008 to immediately put the experience he obtained to use and begin his career as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist.
In response to the alarming disparity within the community, Brandon incorporated Fit Kidz Inc. in 2010; a non-profit organization that aims to implement healthy life style changes in the youth thus reducing the rapidly growing epidemic of obesity.
Brandon also served as the Wellness Coordinator at Onsite Rehab and Atlanta OrthoFitness. Where alongside therapist he designed workout programs for clients who suffered from injuries and illnesses.
